Water from balcony
Mall Management has requested those units that face Bay Street to take your plants inside to water them. Overflow water from watering your plans causes water to drip down on the fascia of the store fronts, awnings and shoppers below.
Dryer Vent Cleaning
For the safety of yourself and your neighbors the Board is asking that all
residents have their dryer vent cleaned. In order to perform the cleaning the
contractor must have access inside your unit.
If you schedule an appointment prior to May 31, 2012 the HOA will pay for the
service. Please be aware if you have an appointment scheduled, can't make your appointment and do not call to cancel you will be charged $145.00 for the missed appointment. It will then be your responsibility to re-schedule and pay to have your dryer vent cleaned. Please contact Dan Gamble at 925-933-9999 to schedule an appointment.
Storage Shed
The Board of Directors has approved two storage containers which you can purchase and place in your parking stall. These containers have been approved by the Fire Marshall and are the only containers that may be placed in the garage. The containers can be purchased at Home Depot, Target or online at Amazon.com.
